Our refund and returns policy are that we must be contacted via email or phone within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. “support at studhungracks.com”. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Separately, the lifetime guarantee covers any weld breaks on the product, but it does not cover any surface issues. Again please contact us for processing those requests.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We can also check our database, but this is the quickest way to get things processed for you.

Just check your email, search on studhungracks.com and your receipt should show up. Click on that email and forward that to support at studhungracks.com and request a refund. You will receive RMA instructions back within 3 days, at which time you can return the product. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Then the banks take their time before it gets to your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
